I've been a qualified personal trainer for over 6 years. I have helped a wide array of clients achieve amazing transformations.

I gained a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and training from my 5 years experience in competing in Men’s physique competitions where I won multiple shows and titles in the prestigious IFBB organisation.

My time as a professional footballer taught me the benefits of functional and HIIT training. I really enjoyed this aspect of training and now it is something that I focus on with my clients . I deliver intense result driven sessions for my clients of all experience and fitness levels.

Hey I'm Kasey!

I'm a qualified personal trainer with a passion for helping women improve their fitness and confidence.

I use my own extensive experience in bodybuilding and strength training to help my clients achieve some amazing transformations both physically and mentally.

I specialise in encouraging female clients to gain strength, tone up, lose weight, and improve their body image as part of a healthier lifestyle. I do this through focusing on a combination of strength training and functional training.

Zara Morena

Personal Trainer

My name’s Zara Morena and I have been a PT for over 4 years. I have recently just added nutrition under my belt and hope to add many more extra qualifications to ensure I'm always current and giving the best to my clients.

My style is functional and weight training. I love to help people achieve their goals and give them the confidence to do the things they once said they’d never be able to achieve.

When signing up with me you not only get a 1-1 hour session but soo much more. I am invested! If you don’t feel better I don’t feel better, if you don’t achieve your goals I don’t achieve my goals! I do this with constant support, encouragement and check-ins. I am a mentor and a friend. I’ve built up a little community of clients which I love as there are many people you can then share you’re journey with and find lots of similarities, the likeness of you feeling a type of way/ struggle I can almost guarantee there is someone else who feels the same way, This is a perfect way to help you feel that you are never alone.

Hi I'm Billy!

I am qualified personal trainer with an extensive background in boxing.

I was an outstanding amateur boxer. With a career lasting over 10 years, I was fortunate enough to box all over the world... Las Vegas, Denmark, Ireland and many more countries.
